Jalapeno Popper Sauce/"Butter" or Dip

This is probably not terribly original, but I made a batch today and thought I'd share.

Jalapeno Popper Sauce/"Butter" or Dip
Ingredients

8 oz Original Cream Cheese
3 Jalapeno Pepper
2 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 pan fried or mic Classic Smoked Bacon

Directions

Cook bacon until really crisp. Crumble or chop fine and reserve the bacon fat.
In a food processor toss in the cheddar cheese, roughly cut and the jalapeno peppers, also roughly cut.
Pulse until they're finely chopped.
Add in the cream cheese and bacon fat and process to fully blend.
Taste for seasoning and add salt if needed.
Microwave for 1 minute, then stir and microwave an additional 30 seconds.
Stir in the bacon pieces.
Refrigerate and use like a sauce or "butter", or enjoy hot as a dip.

**As a dip, you may want to thin it out a little with some almond milk or half and half.
