So far, just a pumpkin spice latte ( ) (i really should give up the lattes...oh well!)

Probably soup & some berries later. Maybe green beans for dinner. Trying a higher cal DD (750) to see if that makes me feel better.

Hi all!

B - 4 egg whites, 3 coffees w/ 1T half n half each - 120
L - sauteed onion, spinach & mushrooms w/ 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt - 155
S - 11g chocolate chips - 51
S2 - broth - 10
D - 7 egg whites, joseph's pita - 165
Total - 501

Pretty sure I am going to turn into an egg white! But I find them soooo satisfying. yum!
