It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Breakfast: Two rashers of thick cut bacon, two fried eggs, a few mushrooms and a small tomato. Plus an iced Americano with sugar free vanilla syrup.

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber and mayo with cold roast chicken.

Dinner: Salmon fillet pan fried in butter with roast onion, mushroom, courgette and red pepper.

Snacks: A few cubes of cheddar and a peperami if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.
