How big is your bounce?

Some days I have huge bounces up after an up day. Huge, like 1 kg. Even after a perfect up day, still it bounces 400grams. How much of a bounce do you all see?

I don't even do JUDDD, and my bounces can be up to a kg day to day. That's when things are normal. I'm on daily IV infusions right now, and I jumped up about 8 pounds in the first three days, which is much more than my norm. I'm still way up, but it's clearly water because of the meds, so I just keep plugging along.

This is a chart through about two weeks ago, so you can see that I've been bouncing my way down the scale since January. I have done the same each time I've done Atkins. It's just the way my body is.

If I have a lot of salt on a UD I can be up 4 lbs the next day.
I may make an effert to stop this weighing every day. Of course
Dr. Johnson says just weigh every 6 to 8 days but who am I to
follow directions, directions are for other people not me!

My bounces are usually 2 lbs after UDs. I would be alarmed if I had a 4 lb bounce, but many do, and continue to lose successfully. OTOH, if I have more than one UD in a row, I'm going to be up 4-5 lbs after the second UD.

Usually about 2 pounds for me when I do check. Around TOM it can be a bit higher too. Mine is on the way and I feel like a stuffed turkey right now.

Mine's usually about a pound, but I've had no bounce and I've had several pounds, and I've had everything in between. Sometimes I even have a bounce up after a perfect DD.

It varies for me. Less than a pound usually, but today it was 2.2. It doesn't bother me as long as my overall trend is doooooooown!

Most of the time mine is 1 or 2 pounds. But I have had 4 or 5 before TOM or after a lot of salt. Also, TMI issues can cause the bounce to do weird things.

Just keep thinking about the ball bouncing down the stairs. It goes up, it goes down, but overall, it is moving more down.
