It's WEDNESDAY! What's on you menu N.K. folks?

Hello and good morning!!

It is leftover day for me which means this is the plan...

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
1 cup bone broth with a pat of butter
Italian sausage and veg with a tbsp of fresh grated parm
Asian pork burger on an oopsie with red onion, homemade mayo and a Romaine leaf
Original start - Feb. 2000 180/125

S- dark chocolate

L- salad, peppers, cucs, cheese, sunflower seeds, dressing of mayo and italian dressing

S- probably broth with extra salt, butter

D- think it's some curried chicken or something, not sure

bpc and a few bites of cold chuck steak
macadamia nuts
a bit of broccoli mayo salad and leftover chuck steak
macadamia nuts
leftover chuck steak and sausage over lettuce with a couple grape tomatoes, tbsp of red onion, and ranch
1/2 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese and a couple pork rinds
I love these small meals spread throughout the day. It is working quite nicely for me!
