I am having a hungrier than usual DD today. I may have to bring out the big guns and have a cup of broth later.

Morning folks

sorry I dropped out last week-- my stomach flu came back with a vengeance on Thursday morning... while I was still onsite in CA working
omg, the worst.

I made it home, on crackers, pretzels, and gingerale. I've been sick all weekend, just feeling super crappy-- not sure if it was the anti-emetic meds, or what. Now I've cleared that out of my system, but there's still some grumbles in the mid-section

B: sf gingerale
L: a large banana, and a can of Campbell's "light" chicken soup

D: not sure-- I'd love to eat real food, but I tried eggs yesterday and I'm not sure I was quite ready for that... So, unlikely to be chicken and salad (I'll give that to DH).
Maybe toast and another banana

round about 500 or so.

S.

p.s. good news is I'm down a few pounds from where I was before the CA trip... I do NOT endorse gastroenteritis as a UD/DD tool however!

Hope you feel better, Soren!!

I'm at 195 cals, and about to fix supper: Angel hair coleslaw, LC cheese and turkey sausage...150 cals.

Might have a fudgesicle or coconut bar to finish the evening. Either way, will be under 500.

1- your menus all sound so good!

2- dinner was tuna with mayo on toast, and later banana and toast... Not sitting well.
Maybe just too much. But im soooooo bored of bland!

Here's hoping for tomorrow.

I added mushrooms and onions for neglible calories, and skipped dessert. My stomach seems to be a little iffy too. I just took a probiotic, and I hope it doesn't make me ill on a nearly empty stomach. I haven't eaten in 3 hours. Anywho, it's off to bed for me, and a little reading.
