SATURDAY! What' on the menu today all you N.K. folk?

Hello!! I started a huge batch of bone broth last night and it has been brewing all night. It smells incredible!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, garden tomato, homemade mayo wrapped in a Romaine leaf
Going to an informal dinner party so it will be interesting to see what I can eat (or not). In preparation I will have a big cup of bone broth before hand.

Having my coffee and cream and morning computer time right now.

Let's see...what sounds good???

B - probably another flax seed pancake (I'm working on the fiber lately)

L - leftover tomato and zucchini fritata from dinner last night, needs a blob of sourcream on top

S - will need one today, have lots of work today (housepainting) not sure what though

D - going to a lovely Mongolian Buffet tonight, so veggies, meat, oil and seasoning. Will avoid anything fried, so none of my yummy crab rangoons.

S - some wine tonight

Ugh! I am still struggling with finding a diet that makes sense. My nutrients have to be well planned out, and I am also trying to figure out how to eat that works with our lifestyle and still falls within the boundaries of NK! My family is not all that supportive with my "strange" WOE, so I have to try to figure out how to eat to fit in with them. My diet Saturday looked something like this:

B: 2 coffee with heavy cream
Low carb bread with hazelnut spread

L: Tea
Low carb bread with Brie, coconut spread.

S: coconut and flax seed milk.
More bread with coconut spread (I made a big batch of it)

D: Salad with tzakiki style dressing
Salmon fillet.

S: Coffee gelatin with vanilla sauce and coconut sauce.
