It was a crazy busy day so it was coffee with hwc for breakfast, beef jerky in the car while running around and since the last errand was the egg ranch (insanely fresh, organic feed, cage free, amazing taste!) when we got home I took the left over crab cake mixture from last night and make one large cake for each of us, smeared it with a cream cheese and peppers mixture (serrano, cherry, thai dragon,) and then topped that off with a poached egg and a sprinkle of fresh chopped dill. We're both full so that may just be dinner.
