Kept feeling as though I'v stalled...

And I very well may be. But...

Instead of looking at the fact that I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks, I realized I have lost 8 Pounds in a Month. I look tremendous in my clothes and my hunger is nil. I think my body is just adjusting.

I am in it to win it and cannot wait to be in Onderland.

Just keep going, and let your plan do the work. 8 lbs in a month is fantastic. I have gone 2 weeks without dropping a pound, but then all of sudden, whoosh. One of the best things about LC is the suppression of appetite, and worth it to me every day, no matter what the scale says. And DO let your clothes tell you the story the scale isn't saying yet.

I also find that I will sit at the same weight for 2 weeks, but then comes a sudden weight loss. Just keep hanging in there and look at that monthly total.

I. too, am on a two week "3 pound bounce up and down party", but I stay motivated because of how completely rotten I feel when I eat sugar and high carbs. It's just not worth it to be so tired and brain fogged that I can hardly think straight.

I think you are doing great!! 8 pounds in a month and clothes fitting better--sounds successful to me . Keep up the good work!!

The pause is just your body's way of becoming adjusted. I had a two week pause before I started losing again. And, I think it was necessary after losing 17 pounds in only 21 days!
