What is your favorite way to use it?

What she said...and with fall comming I just double or triple MIM recipe and bake in loaf pan with added pumpkin and spices for a pumpkin loaf...add a lil nuts if allowed and some butter or sf cream cheese frosting and yummmm.

Oh, I have a good pumpkin bread recipe - let me see if I can find it and I'll link it.

You can use the whole-nut almond meal from TJs for this, the final product is just a little darker and heavier than it is with the blanched almond flour, but it's still very delicious.
