Hey all, it's Wednesday! Whats on the menu today?

Have not quite figured out my evening meal but so far, the plan is like this....

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, tomato, homemade mayo, wrapped into a Romaine leaf

I think I may try some shirataki rice California rolls but need to do so 'research' first.

I think all the rain we are having here has flooded my brain... I actually posted today's menu in yesterday's thread, LOL!

L: homemade chicken broth with butter
D: ham and cheese omelette

Okay, my menu for the day is as follows:

B- coffee, HWC, 1 egg, 3 yolks, 1 T butter
S- celery, cream cheese
L- cucumber, mayo, chicken thigh
S- BPC
D- Taco salad
