Tuesday UD! What's on your menu?

Having a blah food day, no interest at all, so I'm going to cook 1lb of 98% lean ground beef with 8oz cream cheese, a bag of fresh spinach, some garlic and onions and just eat that as I feel hungry.

Awwww! Hope you feel better soon!

Pre-workout - banana
B - everything bagel (Dawn inspired me!), vanilla gr. yogurt w/ strawberries and blueberries
L - salad, turkey chili w/ flaxseed blue corn chips
D - no idea! The BF is cooking

Snacks - not sure, but will focus on protein. That bagel this morning has me sitting at 73% carbs for the day so far. I try to keep my whole day around 40c/30f/30p so I have some work to do to get there.

Feeling icky this morning too. Ugh. I went to bed at 7:30 last night, but that of course had me up at 3:00 this morning.

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee (thank goodness I don't worry about carbs!)
L: ??
D: ??

I was hoping breakfast would make me feel better, but not so far. We'll see how the day goes. I'm at work, but I'm not sure if I'll stay.

I was not a good girl yesterday for DD

Took a friend out for her birthday celebration to our favorite
Vietnamese place. We had no noodle salad with grilled pork and
eggrolls.

Today DH wants to dine at Hometown Buffet. That means
I will post after I get back. When we go out for a 2-3 o'clock
meal it's usually all we eat for that day. Maybe a small snack at
about 8 p.m.

Barb, I hope you don't try and compensate for yesterday, today. It might make tomorrow's DD difficult. Have a lovely dinner!

Thanks Cindy

You are correct. I ate a big dinner there:

large fried chicken breast, including crispy skin
1 c. of mashed potato
scoop of gravy
1/4 c. carrots
1/2 c. good greasy green beans with bacon (they grilled them first) yummy
then I fell...
1/2 small piece carrot cake
1/2 piece of lava cake
glass of milk

Sounds utterly yummy!!! I've got salmon patties resting in the freezer to firm them a little...will pan fry later, and also cook some cheese grits on the side.

Yummy Fish Cakes

Hope they were good for you. Sounds like a good dinner.
I made some last weekend from Dh's
bass catch. He loved them I was just so so about them.
Do you remember when you ate fish cakes with baby new potatoes and
white creamy béchamel sauce and baby peas? That seems a long time
ago. My mother used to make them.

That bit of dessert took a toll on me and I hope not to do that again.
I've been dessert hungry and it's been too hot to bake low carb and I caved
at the buffet. Not good on the blood sugar. I slept it off like I was a drunk.
Have not had anything else to eat and it's after 10 p.m.

Night all....DD tomorrow
