Hey there N.K. folks, it's MONDAY! What are you eating?

The plan for my menu today is like this....

b.p.c. and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, homemade mayo, tomato wrapped into a Romaine leaf
skin on, bone in chicken thighs (2), poached and then dipped in egg and crushed pork rinds and finally fried in bacon fat. With a side of mustard and mayo dipping sauce and 1/2 cup of sauerkraut

TOTALS: 8g carb total 95g fat 49g protein
Original start - Feb. 2000 180/125

L- celery/creamcheese, chicken thigh, cucumber, lots of homemade mayo
S- probably BPC
D- probably stirfry meat and veggies (will try to keep the veggies low)
