B- Coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 4 splenda, & sunflower kernels
L- PB on 1/2 a lavash, more sunflower kernels
D- Lemon pepper grilled chicken, 1 cup broccoli w/ butter and 1 serving shredded cheese

= 1, 080 calories, 81g total fat, 25g sat fat, 37 total carbs, 28 net.

+ lots of water.. at least 2 liters

(I've been low-carbing this week, just not by way of Induction)

B: omelete w/onion, mushroom, spinach, parmesan and swiss; coffee w/hwc
L: 2 hot dogs w/mustard & onion on small lc tortillas
S: coffee and a chocolate Quest Bar
D: the plan is konjac noodles topped w/spaghetti meat sauce (made w/italian sausage and Hunts Garlic & Herb pasta sauce), maybe a small side salad.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs.

I had a really stressful day, skipped lunch and came home ravenous and so stressed. That could have ended very badly, if not for the low carb chocolate cupcakes that I made and froze. One of those was lunch! 7 carbs and I am NOT sorry! lol

Dinner will be cream of chicken/veggie soup and a salad with ranch. Comfort food!
