B - coffee/hwc, 3 eggs, 1 T butter
S - 1 oz almonds, 2 oz cheese
L - taco salad (lettuce, beef, cheese, sourcream, tomato)
D - salad (dressing MCT oil, olive oil, vinegar), salmon, homemade mayo
Extra - indulging in wine...a wee bit too much tonight
