UD Tuesday -plans?

Well I ate my way through the weekend (I KNOW, I'm a broken record) but today is REFOCUS day for me and my whole family. I have thrown away ALL the chips and I am swearing off WINE for the rest of the month (actually all alcohol)! I am determined to regain focus and get these last few pounds gone!

Today, a 1900c up day!

B - 2 eggs/toast 270c
L - tuna/rice/peas 400c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - not sure, it is a crazy night at our house as DS14 works and DD11 has softball from 5:30 - 8:30

I have 1040c to use and I will use them wisely!

I really need to get back in the habit of posting my plans here. Things have been very hectic for me with working two jobs and home renovations, plus all the social gatherings I've gone to lately. Anyway, back into the swing of things:

B: Coffee, 1 tbsp half and half.
L: Soup
D: I will be ordering out for dinner, so saving most of my calories for that meal. I'll probably have a sandwich, and possibly some potato chips. I'd also love a salad - we're overflowing with salad vegetables right now, so need to use them up.

Me, too! I feel like the last few weekends have been booze-filled, and I'm tired of it! Not helping in the weight loss department.

I am READY to get back on track, for real for real

The house is done, and also pretty tidy, finally! Which makes me feel less "out of sorts" and now I'm ready to focus on me!

I've not weighed, b/c that's scary, but I did plan to start on an UD... also, we have our kitchen-warming party on Saturday, and that needs to be an UD so I don't go an blow everything in the first week, ya know?

I'm also using my tracking software, and taking my vitamins.

B: 1 lc bagel
2T lite cream cheese
3 slices bacon (would've had eggs but seems we're out).

335 cals so far, 12 carbs net

L: not sure

D: also not sure, but will likely grill something

I ended up eating 2 of the granola bars because I was so hungry (that's what being a HOG all weekend will do) so only 950c left! That is still very managable!

Saved everything for Peking Dragon meal.

My Plate sez 1,150 calories so I have a little to play with for this evening.

Chicken and black mushrooms 1/2
Fried Rice 1/2
Fried Chicken wing
Hot sour soup 1/2
1 fortune cookie

coffee with 2 tbs. HWC
2 scrambled eggs

Just noticed that

while my calories are good, my protein intake is too low and my
carbs are too high.

Got to plan better in advance. I'll have to have some more protein (lean)
tonight so that I will have a really good DD tomorrow.
