Start Date: 10 March 2016 (now on the next 40-60lbs)
DD Monday

First DD in about 10 days - weight not been too bad - and I just felt so grotty for a while, that I couldn't DD! Then I decided to just enjoy the rest of August and start again this month.

700 cals, so quite a high DD

B: Boiled Egg & cup of tea
L: 2 veggie burgers, silverskin onions, gherkins, tomatoes, lettuce, ltl mayo & mustard
S: frothy coffee
S: cup of tea & 2 Marie biscuits
D: Tom Yum soup, crab balls, mushrooms & lettuce
S: 10 cal jelly
S: cup of tea & 2 Marie Biscuits

Now you can see why it was a 70 cal day

DH is out at Catalina Island fishing.

It's hotter'n a well diggers shovel here 95 and climbing.

505 calories

chicken broth
Shirataki noodles
sesame oil 1 tsp.
chicken breast
Green bean soup
cucumber/tomato/onion salad
*kefir 1 c. a.m.
kefir 1c p.m.

*Home made from Hood 2% milk and a splash of HWC
and my own grains. It's doing my gut a favor!

Woo hoo my first real DD since last Friday. Loves vacation, but missed the rotations.
