Hey there N.K. folks, it's MONDAY! What are you eating?

Late start today but got a menu in place!

b.p.c. and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, tomato, mayo all wrapped in a Romaine leaf
chicken fingers (chicken breast coated in crushed pork rinds and fried in bacon fat) with mustard dipping sauce and a side of ratatouille

Grand totals: 12g carbs, 91g fat and 51g protein
