I still got it!
So thankful this morning that the things I learned on my LC journeys previously have stuck with me.
Week 1 of induction behind me now and I went from a very bloaty 225.4 to 213.2 this morning and I feel like I'm back on the right track again.
I'll take the 11 lb water/fat loss in one 7 day week! You bet!
My bf is finally getting it also after this last week on what's acceptable for me to eat and what isnt. So I'm not getting the questions like the first few days anymore. We got a ton of projects at home finished this week because I simply felt better.
Going out of town this week with my best friend who fully understands LC woe.. So that's a bonus. She even brought over a new Atkins book her hubby had used to drop 60 lbs that he wasn't using any longer.
Got plans to get a Brita or something this week to make my well water taste a bit better so I can cut down on the bottled water expense. Gonna need to research that one a bit before buying.
All in all a great first week if induction and a good start to regaining my health and sanity back
Have a good morning everyone!

Susan, welcome and congrats! I bought one of the sport water bottles with the filter built in and it has been my constant companion the last 8 months! I take it everywhere with me as I hate the taste of tap water and prefer not to buy bottled given how much I drink each day. Good luck and KUTGW!
