Hey there N.K. folks, it's SUNDAY! What are you eating?
Hello!! I am hooked on my brunch these days. It will be sad when the garden tomatoes are gone....in the meantime,
b.p.c. and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, tomato and mayo rolled in a Romaine leaf
'mixed grill' and salad (relative's menu for a gathering today)
if needed, chocolate lava cake

coffee with hwc & stevia
homemade hamburger with fried egg and guac
later at family gathering:
mashed cauliflower with hwc, garlic and butter

I did great for breakfast and dinner but lunch was messed up!! I caved and eat a few bites of birthday cake at my grandsons 3yr old bday party. I'm sure it kicked me out of ketosis. but it was so good!! No other cravings so far at least.
B- ham steak, 2 eggs cooked in 1t ghee and half a grapefruit broiled in the oven with cinnamon and stevia
L - a couple bites of birthday cake
early dinner- texas roadhouse, half rack of ribs, ate half of that. No bbq sauce on the ribs, side salad with ranch and steamed veggies. ate too many roasted peanuts!!
Going to see Elysium in IMAX tonight with the love of my life!! i cant wait. I will try so hard to be good and not have popcorn!! I love it so much though!!
