Cocunut oil or water?
Many of you use coconut oil. I did some research and it is very good for so many reasons. I found it at Costco but it was in solid form. How would you use it? They also had Coconut water is it the same?

Mine is pretty much liquid in my house these days. MCT oil is similar but is always in liquid form. I use it in my iced coffee. |

There's so many things you can do with it! I cook with it, use it on my skin, and use the MCT oil in my almond milk because it doesn't get hard. I'm a firm believer in the health benefits of it and you can find so many ways to use it.

I was in a holistic grocery store the other day and actually found a coconut beverage that solved all my problems. Coconut water is high in carbs and the oil I found doesn't mix very well. This coconut beverage is unsweetened but high in fat. It doesn't have much flavour but I have used it in cooking and in a smoothie and it will deliver the same benefits as the coconut oil without the mixing issues. The brand is called "so delicious"
