DD Friday, what's on the menu?

B: black coffee
D: may make a fish tacos: pan fry a tilapia fillet (Old Bay seasoning, cooking spray) until crisp; split a joseph's pita into 2 rounds, fill with shredded cabbage or lettuce tossed w/a little fat free ranch dressing and the fish - about 160 cals for 2 tacos
Snack: iced americano w/2T half and half (40)
S: no idea, maybe romaine and tuna tossed together with olive garden light dressing (120 cals)

Subject to change, I have zero hunger so far today.

Potatoes, that's what. I'm going to do the PH today, just because. I only hope it doesn't give me worse results that I normally get after a DD. I'm not expecting miracles.

Started out the day with coffee -110, and I have a lb + 5.8 of potatoes in my lunch bag. I don't even know how many calories that is. Also 2 T of Monterey Jack SCQ, and 1/2 T of real bacon bits.

Ok, I think with coffee this morning, it all adds up to about 620 calories. I don't know if I will eat more potatoes than this, or if I will have some to take home after work (from this batch). Does that sound like too many calories? For the PH, not for a typical DD.

B - black coffee
L & D - cold potatoes

"snacks" - 0 cal sobe life water, diet sodas

Potato hacking today. I'm sort of interested to see what happens on the scale with a PH, but at the same time I'm kinda weirded out by not eating any protein. We'll see!

610 calories (that's higher than a normal DD for me but I've read you can get away with higher DD calories w/ the potatoes. I hope it's true! LOL.)

Have a great Friday! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to a 3 day weekend!

Your calories are almost identical to mine, lol. I had some from cream in my coffee though...just ate my first cold baked potato, and it was nasty. I added some hot sauce, and salt, but it was about as palatable as cold, wet paper. Now I know why I never do the PH!! Hopefully, I can mix it up and make some of my mini meals a bit tastier...

Truffle salt. Makes potatoes taste great (and not expensive as the name would suggest lol).

Wish I had some. Oh well, the idea behind the PH is blandness, so you're not tempted to overeat, but to get satiated. I will be using some of the condiments I have to liven these bad boys up though.

Sure, it came from this website, chicken, mushroom and brie bake with caramelised onion topping | Full Fat Friendly

I couldn't find Blue Brie, so used regular Brie with some blue cheese. Also I increased all the ingredients by 1/3 to get 6 servings. Turned out to be really good and tasty.

Whey not good for appetite suppression. Greek yogurt and celery w/french onion tzatziki to the rescue. And possibly chicken or an egg white omelet.
