UP DAY MONDAY MENUS

I am so happy this is an up day! I had eggs salad and bacon for breakfast, I'm going to have pork rinds and sour cream and other things for lunch, and then elk cheeseburgers for dinner. It will probably be around 1900 calories, I'm guessing...

I had shrimp and the toppings from three slices of leftover pizza(no crust) for breakfast. Lunch is going to be a Potbelly Wreck salad, double meat, double cheese, hold the croutons. And dinner is meatloaf, broccoli salad, and sweet potato fries. I'm a happy camper today.

Yesterday was a little hard. I'm feeling some stress, with my mother-in-law visiting, but I wasn't able to use my standard soothing technique of stuffing my face. However, down 2.5 pounds overnight, so hanging tough was worth it.

It is 2:30 pm and I just realized it is an UD although I am not hungry. Guess I better have a large dinner tonight. Glad I write D and U on my calendar but then I never looked at it until now. Fun times in the JUDDD world.
