I am starving on this program. I am in day three. I don't understand how everyone says that this plan is so simple and that they are not hungry. I wake up in the middle the night with hunger pangs and humoring my stomach grumble. I started this so I have to commit. I just hope it gets better. I feel weak and I have a terrible headache all the time. I have five children so feeling this terrible is not a good thing. Someone please tell me that it gets better.

I must be from another planet because everyone says how to suppressants make them feel not hungry but my stomach is rumbling all day long and I am hungry!

The appetite suppressant never worked for me. I quit taking it after the first few days. After the first week it got much easier. Days 3 and 4 were the worst for me. After that every day got easier and in the second week I felt much better. Powerade zero helped during the first week too, especially with headaches. It definitely gets easier!

I'm starting Monday as well. I read somewhere that on days when you're feeling especially hungry, it's usually an indicator of a big loss the next day. I'm going to keep that in mind as my motivation.

More than starving, I just miss eating a regular sized meal, it's upsetting that I can finish my meal in less than a minute.

I was starving too which is why I quit and now I'm trying again. The appetite suppressant never worked for me either. Drinking broth helps and occasionally I bump my calories up to 1000 and still lose.
