UD Wednesday, what's on the menu?

Coffee with cream right now.
Bunless burger and salad w/Ranch dressing for dinner.
Zucchini noodles with pasta sauce (meat) and cleochatra's cauliflower breadsticks and salad for supper.
Oh a LARGE iced americano with cream later.

UD Wednesday - what's the plan?

Well, I'm clearly awake too early if I'm starting the thread for the day!

I haven't a clue what I'm going to eat...

maybe a bagel for breakfast

Lunch: maybe a salad from Wendy's?

D: I might bbq for the first time in weeks, since I have a sink and dishwasher back in use.

Today, there should be more painting, and maybe some finish electrical work.

I have a blood draw this morning (thyroid levels) but won't get the results until my next appointment on Sept. 4. I've been feeling "off" for a few weeks, so I wonder if it's that.

Well that plan went out the window.
Might roast some chicken drumsticks for supper with sauteed zucchini and onions.
Not sure about dinner/lunch yet. Maybe wings or a burger patty and salad.

Hi all!

Pre-workout - banana
B: 2 iced coffees w/ almond milk, roast beef on a pita (weird, weird craving for breakfast - lol!)
L: a bunch of sauteed veggies w/ egg whites
D: Going to Jason's Deli. Planning on the Nutty Mixed Up Salad w/ chicken & a fruit cup.

Most of my calories on UDs seem to come from snacks. I love snacky food! I brought greek yogurt (will mix with almonds & PB2 & sweetener), some quaker popped snack thingies and some raw veggies. If I have calories left, I am going straight for the chocolate.

going for 2000 cals today.
