Hi there! I'm doing Atkins Induction and have a lot of food allergies/intolerances. I cannot eat eggs and have allergies to whey as well. I am mostly eating things like smoked salmon with cream cheese or sausages for breakfast, and occasionally I have scrambled tofu (which tastes amazingly like eggs)! However, I am only 2 weeks into Induction and I am already sick of these things for breakfast and am really struggling. I have found a Hemp Protein powder
that I could mix with unsweetened coconut milk
for a breakfast protein shake. It contains 8g of carbs and 5g of fiber (and 16g of protein) with only 1g of sugars. The ingredients are; Organic Hexane-Free Hemp
Protein, Citric Acid, Stevia
Extract. The coconut milk has 1 carb and 1 gram of fiber so that should be fine. Would this hemp protein be an acceptable thing to have on Induction?
