D-tilapia with 1 tbsp Frisch's tartar sauce (195)
As of 5/19/2014, No longer "overweight"!

I'm debating what to do today. I have an avocado that needs to be eaten, and I love them for dinner, but I'm feeling like I want to have a different kind of day today, like a lot of fruits and salad. Hmmm...I guess I'll just let it play out as the day goes on. For now:

Dottie told me how many calories for a medium day.
Hope you don't mind if I post it here.
I had a 400 calorie brunch about 12:30 and it was good.
Dinner: 500 calories.
3 oz. rib eye on the BBQ
1/2 c. fresh green beans
1/2 c. mashed cauliflower
1/2 c. fresh peaches
1 small potato
1 pat butter
This came in at 491
tea with 1 tbs. hwc

Pretty much end of day and this is what I've had/going to have:
coffee with milk (50)
* chicken and broccoli with alfredo pasta (200)
handful of cherries (40)
broccoli salad & cucumber (60)
baked cheetos snack size (100) - evening snack
Total about 450 but have been losing a little too fast this week (can't believe *I* wrote that or even *think* that way - I sound like my mother) so would like to up it to around 700 (40%/weight loss/maintenance mode). Preferably protein but don't have anything defrosted or quick in that area except things I don't want (whey PP, cheese, eggs, bacon, greek yogurt...). Ooh, have tuna snack kits with 17 g of protein, 17 g carbs, 7 g fat and 200 calories. Will have that I guess.
* I took a 300 calorie Smart Ones meal (ones in the bag), added 2 c of broccoli and ~ 1/2 c. of chicken and split it for dinners for this and last DD. Pretty good volume/flavour of food for fairly low calories and good protein content.
