UD Friday: What's on your menu?

Happy Friday! I am SO ready for the weekend!

B - sprouted grain toast, 2 scrambled eggs, banana, coffee
L - spinach salad w/ salmon and various veggies, cheese & crackers
D - baked coconut shrimp, brown jasmine rice, stir fry veggies

Snacks - plain greek yogurt w/ PB2, flaxseed & sweetener & ???

Aiming for 2000.

Elphie, I'm retired so every day is a weekend. Downside is that's how my drinking patterns moved from the weekends to "it's 5:30 somewhere!" a little too regularly. Fortunately, JUDDD seems to have got them back in line again.

Yes, happy weekend!!

B: coffee w/cream (staying in fasted state for a longer window) 100
L: fruit bowl, broccoli salad, greek yogurt with honey - 500
D: spaghetti marinara w/garlic bread, caesar salad, 2 gl wine - 900+
S: 100 cal baked cheetos, whey protein shake - 200

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee

That's as far as I've gotten so far. I'm taking a couple of hours in the middle of the day to take Keira to the doctor, so I came in early, and I won't take a lunch, to make up for it. I'm thinking I'll pick up some chili or a turkey burger on the way back from the doctor.

I think DH is baking a chicken for dinner.

I got a wonderful night's sleep last night and I'm raring to go this UD Friday!

D: I think I'll have a few hundred calories left, so I'll find something yummy!

SO pleased you slept well Carol.

Jaqueline I am retired too and my 'its 5 o'clock somewhere' gene is alive and well.

I have had an iced coffee with a dash of full sugar syrup. They had run out of sugar free and the server said, 'Go ahead and have the regular one, you are so slim!' So I did! I guess that is and NSV.

Also some cheese and crackers.

Out t drinks with friends tonight then a salad, with more cheese, planned, got to empty the fridge before we go away.

Ah yea, I am not retired, but I have teenagers. Lets not even talk about how awake margaritaville is at my house!!!

Pizza night Friday here, so most calories go there today. So far I skipped breaky, ate a small piece of leftover lasagna, some Greek yogurt with raspberries and a mini red velvet cupcake. (The bite sized ones)

DH worked and Keira requested Banh Mi (even though I suggested Cheesecake Factory). I sure do that kid! What other 8 year old caucasian American child wants Vietnamese food over The Cheesecake Factory?!
