Up Day Thursday- advance planning

I'm already thinking about what I am going to have for food tomorrow, so I thought I'd start the 'Plans' thread early.

I'm going to start off with a pork chop and a big slice of quiche, maybe some red cabbage, too.

Some leftover fish and seaweed salad for lunch, and whatever other leftovers look good. We still have blueberries.

And lasagne(no noodles), bacon-prunes stuffed with sausage, and devilled eggs with sun-dried tomatoes for dinner.

Hurry, hurry, tomorrow, please get here soon!

Sirtain, that sounds like an amazing menu!

I know I'm having steak and salad tonight, but I haven't thought about breakfast and lunch yet... probably eggs and toast for breakfast, and yoghurt for lunch.

Although I think about my UD foods on a DD, I find when I wake up on my UD - thoughts of food are not at the forefront?? JUDDD works!!

I know I'm having birthday party food for dinner and the birthday girls chose chicken alfredo and salad, so breakfast and lunch will be lean protein and green veggies. Probably birthday cake as well. But if it's not homemade, the calories aren't worth it to me.

So far I had to choc. chip scones 300ca.
Lunch a tvdinner about 300? and I have a fresh home made angel food cake 188 a slice for dessert I made last night.

OH I wish I had seen this last night, THEN maybe I would have planned things better for today. I think I threw something good together quickly this morning.

Goner - Birthday party, FUN! I wish I could wake up ANY DAY and not be starved!
Windy - oh your cake sounds YUMMY!

It's book club night and I am hosting. My plan was to make this awesome chapagne punch I love (HATE champagne, but this punch is amazing!). We boiled chicken and pulled it all off the bone and added BBQ sauce for slidders. Only 2 others have confirmed they are coming, so we may have to cancel. I won't make my punch till I know there will be more than 3 coming, that's too good to waste! I will eat assuming a bunch of calories for tonight.

B - 2 eggs, toast 320c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - chickpea/pepper/tomato salad 300c with deli ham 50c
D - BBQ Chicken....not sure what else. If there's no book club, we will take the kids out for ice cream!

I have 1040c for dinner, so that should leave plenty for WHATEVER happens!

B: just coffee w/1/2&1/2
S: subway 6" pulled pork sandwich (I know, it's probably awful lol)
D: t-bone, grilled; romaine, tomato, cucumber and red onion salad w/blue cheese dressing

Leaves me about 500 cals to splurge on, may get an iced latte w/1/2&1/2 for 200, then I don't know what, if anything, else.

Thank you.I tried on some of my clothes that I thought I'd be able to wear by now last night. No can do. I'm beginning to believe I won't wear size 14 pants until I'm in the 160s!My "new" levis are getting dusty in my closet lol.

I jumped right into my breakfast this morning. It was fabulous, but I was too full to finish the whole thing. The dogs are happy about that.

I ate my two boiled eggs in seconds flat. The waffle followed quite quickly too. Yay for Up Days!!

UPP day today and I'm not as excited as usual!

B: 3 bacon (YUM) 1 egg cooked in bacon fat.
2 coffee with 2tbs. HWC

L: probably -0-

D: Out to harbor for 4 extra large coconut shrimp and
mixed green salad with ranch dressing

S: a couple sugar free pecan patties

S: Decaff with HWC 1 tbs.

Maybe some sugar free peach/berry cobbler without the crust.

We ended up grabbing popeyes new chicken waffles things.
They were good, but not something I'd have again.
The chicken tenders were actually pretty big chicken breast strips, cooked well, moist and had good flavor.
The batter is some kind of waffle crumb mix and it was good.
The honey maple dipping sauce.. let's just say they better not bottle and sell it lol. Really good.
Overall I counted 700 cals for the chicken and sauce. I can't find any info on it, and 3 regular breaded strips are 375, so I erred on the side of caution on the counts.
Changing supper to bacon and eggs, maybe a low-carb pita or something like that

B - BP coffee (I had just put the coffee on when DS called to tell me he had a flat 40 miles from home after driving all night. You don't change a tire when it is a lifted truck with ginormous tires and wheels. Send DH off to son's aide, called AAA and then had to do all the morning chores which meant I had no time to do anything but grab a BP coffee.)
L - salad with HB eggs, watermelon, turkey sandwich
D - baked potato with sour cream, cottages cheese and cheddar cheese.

After that buritto bowl which was delicious I just felt that i was done for the day.

Dinner was cheese and crackers and a chocolate marshmallow ice cream.

I haven't been sleeping well this week and work has been a major bummer so it was lights out for me before 9pm.
