6 weeks.

I've had some weird kind of bug this week.

Gained a bit of weight - I'm back to my start.

Eating fat and protein didn't agree with me this week. I'm seriously thinking of going back to Atkins or something.

If Atkins works better for you, you should go for it. It is still a better way to eat than HCLF.

Most people start with Atkins and move over to n.k.. I wonder why you didn't stick with Atkins? It is a very good woe and works very well for what seems like most people.

i dont really see a huge difference other than lchf tells you to limit protein and atkins doesnt really say much about that?

Hi there Myles! There are other differences such as moving up the rungs in an Atkins woe. That and moderating protein can make it very different.
