DD Friday - what's the plan?

Hola!

Today is the start of a long weekend in much of Canada (Monday is a general holiday, called Civic Day, or something like that, in almost every province).

I'm headed to a wedding on Saturday, and a visit with my mom... driving, taking the dog, should be interesting.

Today:
B: 1c almond milk, about 1c cereal - 230
L: going with CAFFEINE all day while driving
carrots and grape tomatoes for snacking
D: probably salad and something light, grilled, and blueberries for dessert (bringing some stuff from our fridge).

What's your plan?

I'm really starting to settle into eating almost the exact same thing on my DDs. This menu seems to keep me fairly well satisfied so I don't want to mess with it!

B - 4 egg whites, iced coffee w/ almond milk - 90
L - 84g spinach w. salmon pouch - 90
D - 4 egg whites, 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita - 155
Snacks throughout - diet sodas, iced coffee w/ almond milk, frozen grapes, broth, choc gluc pudding, 3oz carrots - 163
Total - 498

Start Date: vlc 1/2/12 @ 254; JUDDD restart 2/26/14 @ 200
Coffee with Half n Half (80 calories)
Better than Bouillon soup (15 calories)
Sparkling Iced Soda

I've been counting carbs and not calories the past two weeks, but so far so good on this first DD back. It's easier without the shaky feeling I'd get after a big UD.

Happy Friday!!!

I had to change my rotations this week, so I'm back with you all for now. This has been a really successful week for me (even with work travel!) and I'm hoping to keep the momentum going for the weekend!

Target 600 (I'm doing better mentally, emotionally, physically, and on the scale, with the higher DD's so I'm sticking with it!)

B- coffee

L- Starbucks Protein Power Pack and coffee 300 (It's basically a hard boiled egg, some fruit, some cheese, and 80 cal of peanut butter. I skip the pita)

D- I have a 4 hour drive later and hoping to NOT eat anything during it which is the hardest thing in the world for me. If I can't take it and I do eat, then it will most likely be 6 inch subway (250) and that will be my dinner. If I can hold out, dinner will be big salad w/plain grilled chicken when I get home (100 cal) and I'm taking my remaining 200 calories out to a bar for a few drinks

Glad things are going well Andy. Hope you make it through that drive.

I went with the stir fry and a little fish. Under 300 for the day.
