Not sure of a Plan for me, but here's what I have:

cottage cheese/strawberries 100c
salad / chicken/ tomato 130c
protein shake 180c
squash/mushrooms/chick peas? chicken? 130c

hoping to keep it under 600c

I'm going to try to make this DD count. I'm gaining and I hate it. Pretty soon I'll be the only one left JUDDDing who's not in maintenance.

This Down Day is going to be more of a Moderate Day for me, as there will be a big chunk of steak in the middle of it. But I'm going to try and keep the two ends reasonable.

Aw Cindy! No way we're all going to leave you behind. Remember you've had long weekends all summer, and that's HARD. I'll bet once you get your normal schedule back you'll start dropping again.

Doing a fat-fast DD again today, as they feel great and have been working well:

B: Iced tea
L: Coffee/HWC
D: Large Avocado

Total: no more than 350

@ 309 cals at the moment, may have some yoghurt for an additional 46 cals

Tomorrow has to be a MD, as want to change days - should be interesting ...

Aww, thanks Monica. If I were 3 lbs away, I don't think I'd mind. However, if you want to say you haven't reached goal in a year from now, we can still strive for it together.

ETA: I haven't eaten at all today. I overestimated my lunch calories by about 10 at least, but did not eat it. I will take it home to eat, possibly. Maybe just some more coffee. I'm looking forward to that more than anything. If I can get through this DD with no food, I might try that for a while.
