It's Monday and we had a lovely cool weekend. This morning, even got 1/4 inch of much needed rain! I am all by myself. DH had to drive to KY for a funeral, DD11 is at church camp and DS14 is staying with my parents! Not sure how long it has been since I had 3 full days alone! What will I do?? I mean, besides work!
B - 2 eggs, waffle 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - fajita chicken salad 340c
D - not reall sure.
I'm all on my own. Maybe I will order a pizza and watch a MOVIE??? Heck, no clue!

I say, pull out all the pampering things you like to do! For me, that would be a nice, long bath, and little extra grooming things- face masks, pedicure, dry-skin brushing.
We are having a celebration day today, so there will be food galore.
A standard breakfast of 2 eggs, 2 bacon, greens, with the addition of some blueberries. Lunch will be out at a Mexican restaurant(probably fajitas sans tortillas), and dinner will be homemade potato salad, sauerkraut, rotkohl, and bratwurst. There WILL be dessert- cheesecake and maybe ice cream!
Let the pounds fall where they may!
