L: half of a cob salad (no corn) with ranch dressing
S: Veggies and sour cream dip
D: Homemade ribs (Dry rub base light on the sauce)

Breakfast Wrap with LC tortilla, scrambled eggs with bacon bits, 1/2 small avocado, 3 cherry tomatoes.

Lunch turkey sandwich on home made lc bread with swiss cheese and romaine.

Bit late in the day but I had:

Brekky: Two rashers of bacon, one slice of ham, one fried egg and a cheesestring plus a hot tea with double cream and chai tea da vinci.

Lunch: Lettuce, avocado and crayfish salad.

Dinner: Chicken, bacon and mozzarella with lettuce, cucumber, celery, orange pepper and ranch.

Snack: Peperami, cheesestring.

Plus two litres of water.
