No idea. Breakfast and lunch will be on the road. Dinner will be on the ship. I'll try to make good choices, but no guarantees!

WOE: JUDDD for loss / eating mindfully for maintenance
Start Date: 7/15/13
B- iced coffee w/ almond milk, oatmeal w/ egg whites, spinach, PB & banana
L - sauteed onion, carrot & brocc w/ chicken and a drizzle of honey
D - scrambled eggs with ham sounds really good but not sure. Pancakes perhaps? I am in a breakfast for dinner kind of mood!

I'm shooting for 2000 so definitely lots of healthy snacks - greek yogurt, sunflower seeds and whatever else I can come up with.

Supposed to have a bit more, but that already sounds like just a ton of food! Maybe a square of swiss chocolate or a few pumpkin seeds.

Exercise: 1/2 hr Wii Fit, mow the lawn & walk the beast in my avatar, aiming for 10,000 steps.

B: cheerios with almond milk
s: iced coffee at the hair salon. Can't be as bad as at starbucks-- I think it was k-cup coffee, with milk and sweetener. About like a "tall" at starbucks, in size.

L: late. Found an Italian veal sandwich near the place we went for the furniture refinisher guy. And I had a Brio soda (like a Coke, but sort of spicier. Italian. 170 cal for the bottle. I have one 1x in 10yrs.)

S2: mini chocolates-- about 5, so maybe 240 cal or something.

No clue what dinner will be.

And for lunch -- "Olive Garden"!! Seafood Fettuccini Alfredo (670 cal), 1 breadstick (150), 1 small salad serving (150), and an 'adult beverage' (150) -- a wonderful date with my DH on our "furlough Friday"!!

And dinner? Doubt it!!
