Amoryn

I've finally started taking a supplement that I hope will help me through these turbulent peri-menopausal years. A wise woman on another forum suggested this supplement to me last year and I bought it, but didn't take it consistently. I am now trying to take 2 on UDs and one on DDs after a meal. I do feel like it's helping. The ingredients list vit D, and 5-HTP among others. I think it's definitely worth trying, if you are suffering like I am with hormonal issues. I like the fact that it's a natural supplement, as opposed to a prescription anti-depressant. I have been there. Plus, it's got other additives that can boost health.

I am seeing an improvement, however TMI it seems to be causing constipation. I couldn't figure out anything I'd done differently, EXCEPT the Amoryn. Oops, then I looked it up and it's a side effect, though apparently not common. I will continue to take it but start taking magnesium supplements as well (again).
