Didn't see a thread, so I thought I'd start one

I am not quite hungry yet.

brunch-salmon burger with maybe a salad
supper-not entirely sure yet

snack-chocolate "milkshake"

I do, but everyday is an Up Day for me right now.

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea (355)
L: Banh Mi from the place that uses more mayo, so I'm counting it as (450)
S: Light grande Mocha Frappucino from Starbucks (130)
D: Rotisserie chicken and a vegetable of some sort, maybe also a baked potato with cottage cheese and salsa (haven't weighed or measured anything, so no calorie count yet)

I had a lovely brunch of eggs, applewood bacon, mango and apricots, and scones.
I rarely have a brunch like that, but it was delicious ... and used up over half my day's calories
I'm thinking salad with chicken for dinner and maybe a greek yogurt.

I ended up having my salmon burgers for supper. They were delicious! I'm going to try and make crab cakes with the recipe next.
