DD - Thursday Plan?

Well I managed to wait till 11:00 before having anything. Here's what I have:

Protein shake 180c
Turkey 50c
Tomato/cottage cheese 85c
eggs 140c (if wanted)
SHrimp stir fry 270c

Assuming no eggs today, 585c with eggs 725c

Either are within my 500-800c range.

I'm thinking I'll have food on this Down Day. Maybe a boiled egg and some greens for breakfast. Some salmon for lunch, and possibly a green smoothie for dinner. But I haven't gotten hungry yet, so we'll see how that goes.

Plus, of course, my probiotic drinks! Love that stuff.

d/ stirfry zucchini using spiral cutter, 1 turkey bacon, laughing cow cheese, green beans

I'm contemplating letting myself go a couple hundred calories higher today. My last 2 UDs have just naturally migrated a little lower, which is NOT my normal. I think I've just been saving calories for later in the day and then after dinner don't need/want anything else. So maybe I can allow a little more today.

12pm - had some Greek yoghurt (130) and an energy bar (130). I indulge in 3 Werther's Originals throughout the day if I'm at work (70).

300 cals so far, and I'm feeling pretty fine.

I just figured out the calories in a zucchini dish I make, and I'll have a serving of that for 200 cals tonight. It's so good and perfect for a DD!

B- coffee - 0
L- 1 oz salmon, salad greens, cucumbers, shredded carrot and dikon, dressed with vinegar 75 cal
S- Cup of Fruit 100 ; 100 cal meal bar
D- 6 in subway 250 cal (I'm kind of in denial about this, because it seems so low, but I've used the customize feature on their website multiple times and I keep managing to keep it right in that 250 range).

I'm over by 10 cal. I am still on the road for work but I was able to hit up a great whole foods today which let me buy some normal grocery store food and make up that salad for lunch (which was bigger but sadly no time to eat lunch today). I got sick from the pizza I ate last night, but the fruit and salad were good to me so far. I'm holding that place for a subway tonight if I need something else to eat while I'm on the road but just thinking about it made my tummy turn. I have another one of the meal bars, so it may be just that and more fruit tonight.

Toal of 365 - sure that's not that good when 160 cals came from vodka!
