B: 2 eggs in a bit of butter
L: Salad with 4 oz protein and italian dressing (1Tbs olive oil)
D: Taco salad with avocado

salad for lunch, with either eggs or a burger (I think my husband's gonna polish off the leftovers for me)
dinner is chicken thighs and salad. maybe green beans too.

D: chicken caesar salad, no croutons (probably- not sure what the restaurant has -that or a bunless burger over salad)
S: depends on D. Maybe cauliflower "rice" and a small steak

L- Salad with 1/2 avocado and 6 oz of 85/15 Turkey
D- Salad with 8 oz of 85/15 turkey
Late Snack- Will see
Main Goal = Improve my Health
First Weight Goal = 10% of Body Weight = 31 pounds / 279 pounds
Second Weight Goal = 250 Pounds
Third Weight Goal = 220 Pounds

B - 2 hardboiled eggs with mustard and coffee with sweet and low and unsweetened vanilla almond milk
L - Large salad with a can of tuna, 8 green olives and zesty italian dressing
D - Tilapia pan fried in EVOO, smart balance butter, lemon and pepper seasoning with spinach
I have got to get back on the wagon from a major mess up the past couple of weeks. I wasn finally within 3 lbs. of my first goal and I blew it! Grr!
Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
