Super Easy Delicious Espresso Frappe
Yeah. This was so good I had to post it. Just something I concocted with what I had at work and I needed some calories before my workout.
I filled my single serve blending cup almost full with ice. To the whole ice, I added:
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 tsp gluccomannan powder
1 light laughing cow wedge
1/2 scoop Syntrax Vanilla Essence Protein Powder
1 packet sweet n low
2 packets Espresso Shot coffee (it's dried, I got it at either Dollar General or Dollar Tree I can't remember but when I go back I'll let yall know)
2 Tbsp cookie dough DaVincis (sf)
Blend all well for about a minute. It was delish.
Has about 100 calories and 3g carbs.
