UD Sunday yay!

I woke up not too hungry so I didn't have breakfast until around 11am. Have no idea what to have for the rest of the day It seems to me it's going to be one of those "not hungry so how do I get my calories" UDs today Guess I'll go shopping and see what looks good at the store. Everything looked good yesterday on my DD I will be on the lookout for some yummy chocolate to have on hand just in case heheh

Ditto! I made pancakes for breakfast but ended up giving DH half as i couldn't manage the whole portion. What is going on!

So, today my UD Sunday is:-

B: Wheat-free pancakes, SCD friendly strawberry jam
L: Coffee with butter and coconut oil
D: Baked salmon and roasted butternut squash

kcals come in at approx 1640

B- iced tea
L- big honkin' hamburger w/ cheese, mayo, mustard, ketchup, 1/2 cup cacik*
800 cals., 6g fiber, net
D-
S-

*cacik is Turkish, rhymes with logic. The first 'c' is pronounced as a 'j' or a 'soft g'.
It's plain yogurt, chopped cucumber, minced garlic, a LOT of salt and dried spearmint
It's better if you let it chill for a while- I made mine on Friday, so it's really good today

I'm trying to make today an UD. I still have some recipes to make that I haven't gotten around to doing yet, that will really help on my UD's.

So far:

b-2 eggs, scrambled in 1 tsp butter and 1 oz goats milk brie

I'm just now getting hungry and it's almost time for supper.

WOE: Low Carb -- again... and again...
Start Date: February 2015 (and a few other times!
B: Egg white omelet w/ham & cheese; coffee
L: Polish sausage dog cut in half lengthwise and split between 2 buns; potato chips... and some yummy chocolate sundae cake -- basically a thick brownie with a caramel glaze covered with chocolate (which is turning into a demon!!). I must get the rest put into freezer bags pretty soon or there won't be any left to freeze -- and there's about 5/6 of it left!! It's mighty yummy!!!!!
D: Probably nothing at this rate!! I calculate I'm not up to my UD calorie count yet, but if I don't get that cake put into the freezer, all bets are off!!

So I didn't have lunch because I just wasn't hungry. I also wasn't home.

Supper was:

8 oz swordfish (cooked in a little butter)
2 grain free biscuits (with butter)
A couple of servings of Parmesan potatoes

I'm still shy by a little over 400 calories. I feel like I could just pop right now!

Too hot for real food. Dinner will be Greek yogurt with SF cherry pie filling and a hot dog. Don't judge me.

LOL, Dawn. That sounds yummy to me.

I'm trying to eat my steak, but definitely won't be eating the whole thing.

Ended up with 2019 cals; 20g carbs, net (I think it's 25, gotta check, I think there's a mistake at the tracking site)

Target for calories is 2038

Managed to get a few more calories in with some peanut butter, but I'm feeling really bloated. I won't be surprised if I have a gain in the morning. As long as that's followed by a loss, that's fine! lol!

I got it at Walmart. Great Value brand, sweetened with Splenda. 1/3 C is 35 calories. It was in the section with the regular pie fillings. I have to say, it was really good! I think if I had had some whole oats, I would have sprinkled some in, mixed it all together, and it would have tasted like cherry pie!
