Haven't made them for years, what are the latest recipes making the rounds that may have improved them? TIA

I dunno, but I was just wondering, a moment ago, if I could make oopsies with just egg whites and cream cheese.

I have egg white powder I could whip up, and I have cream cheese but i wanna save my eggs for something else. I guess I could just try it and find out. Maybe whip the cream cheese up with a smidgen of coconut oil to make it more liquid to stir in ....

Yes . Do the same as you would with cream cheese except mayo. I'm trying to think how much I used I think 3 Tablespoons. I 've been thinking about making some.
Somebody is only to try just egg whites & mayo.
