Two weeks of NK Back to start weight.
Considering that I gained my first week, I'm very happy to be back at my original weight.
I've dropped some inches.
This week it's been outrageously hot - I don't feel well in hot weather. I've had tummy trouble all week. Desperately want some carbs to settle my stomach.
What's good in ketoland for settling an upset tummy?
I have however managed to stay true to keto eating the entire time.
Too hot to exercise - for me.
Still not in ketosis It'll happen eventually.
BS is steady. whew.

Good job Kathi!! I have found that the best thing for my stomach when upset is nothing and when I feel like I can tolerate a bit of food, I have chicken broth and if that sits well then I make egg drop soup. If that sits well, it is back to normal.
