Thursday DD- What you grilling?

Happy 4th to US JBs!

I so badly need to have a good DD after to many UUADs. I have to go to a barbeque tonight and will probably bring my dinner or eat before I go and just sip some water.

B: 6 oz lamb burger
L: 4 oz lamb burger
D: 4 oz turkey

No plan yet. I'm not sure if I want to have my "usual" DD or maybe get some low calorie hot dogs for this evening. DH is working, so no big plans.

Not a holiday here, we had ours last weekend... Also trying to have a good DD

B: citrus mate (um... like a sort of green tea from south America, with caffeine... doesn't make me too crazy though). Vitamins, incl 1 ptero blue

L: 2pm -- 1 slice of whole grain bread (my friend's homemade loaf) and 1T lite salmon cream cheese (so, maybe 130?)

D: planning for a big salad with chicken, and then berries for dessert.

round about 600 probably.

I got sooooo much done so far today!

2 appts at the house (a mover/packer to estimate packing everything and moving it to the basement for the reno) and the guys to measure the water in the floor and take away the dehumidifier.

Then I went out to 2 banks (1 for a rent deposit, 1 for $ for my UK trip), and to 2 nurseries for safe pesticide (something is DARING to eat MY basil!!!) and maybe grow lights for the herb shelf.
Binders for organizing all my home projects (walmart) and got new outdoor (yellow, bug repelling) light bulbs-- got chicken for dinner there too

the only thing I didn't get is the herbicide for the weeds in the path.

I finished my June expenses and now I'm waiting for DH to come home for dinner, and I'm considering taking on cleaning up one of the upstairs rooms to make room for us living up there while down-here is being reno'd.

yep-- gotta a wee bit of caffeine!

Ended up with two low fat hotdogs on one piece of low cal bread and a cucumber for lunch. Dinner was chili. 354 total.
