Holiday week for USA. I am only working MTW. Loving that!

B - 2 eggs, toast 270c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - salad with chicken 280c
D - spinach/zucc lasagna 470c

I have a bunch extra. DD11 has a friend over, we may go have Concretes from Culvers! That will get me to TOP of my calories within 5 minutes!

Concretes at Culvers are Frozen Custard with XX mixed in. It's like a blizzard but 1000X better!

I had all these wonderful dreams of food for today and so far breakfast didn't happen the way I hoped.

b/ coffee w/hnh, salami, almond thins with laughing cow cheese
l/ carrots w/hummus, triscuits with tuna, 1 prune
d/ salmon, sweet potato, veggies, ice cream

goal is 1735 calories!

OK So I just looked up the calories on the concrete I wanted....SO not happening! 1015c! I will mention Orange Leaf to the kids. It is Frozen Yogurt. Much healthier, lower calorie option!

OMGosh! The best concrete I ever had was at Sheridan's in Independence - do you have those on your side of the river? I'd never heard of them before and my BFFs little girls made me take them. H.E.A.V.E.N.! We have Culver's here, but I try to avoid it - too many calories all around!

B: Coffee/HWC
L: 2 Oscar Meyer cheese hot dogs on buns
D: Cocktails, ham/cheese/veggie omelette
D: Oh yes, but not sure what

L: Hummus & crackers, yogurt, two chocolate chip cookies
S: Red seedless grapes
D: Grilled chicken sandwich & French Fries

I had to pick up my nephew and I was hoping he'd want to eat pizza for dinner, but he chose Wendys.

That's what I did.....avoided it. We had froyo instead. Only 360c for a large bowl!
