Gonna go for a lofty goal this month since I had to come up with 2 goals for last month... going for 200 even this month... so going for down 11.2# for the month. Joining the gym this month with one of my co-workers so maybe that will help me lose the extra.

Terri have you thought of preplanning certain days for the higher carb and calorie dense foods you want? I typically try to eat really clean during the week and look forward to a couple of meals on the weekend where I have a little extra. Somehow this usually works for me. I know how hard it is to stop eating those foods when you have indulged each day. It is like your mind says "screw you" when you try to make a good food choice and it allows you to reach for the junk even when you really don't want to.

Laura- Great goals this month!

Kali- The thought of pizza AND butter cream frosting together would cure me from wanting either! I hope you had a great time with your daughter yesterday.

I know that I restarted induction after a two week off plan binge and in that time I only gained 2 lbs. I did not think that there was going to be a drop like this. Very happy this morning, hope it sticks after the parties we go to today.

Back from vacation, and didn't gain my usual 10 pounds, gained 14!!!! We walked an average 8 miles a day, and though not on program 100%, did not expect this. Though, I am an emotional eater, and our trip started out very stressful, hit a deer 600 miles from home in Utah in our brand new car that only had 400 miles on it when we left Co, then had trouble finding a rental car. But, instead of hiding my head in the sand, admitting defeat, putting my big girl (literally.....lol) panties on and ready to kick some butt the rest of July. NO EXCUSES, just action and results!
