Super easy sweet and spicy mustard glazed chicken
This is probably not terribly original, but I was tossing things in a pan and ended up with this, virtually carb free and very very low calorie glaze.
I cut a large boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite size chunks (next time I'll use boneless, skinless thighs)
Spray an 8" non-stick skillet with cooking spray and brown one side of the chicken chunks over high heat for about 1 minute.
Turn chicken over and add 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the water is half gone.
Raise heat back to high and splash in tabasco sauce (to taste -I used about 1/2 a teaspoon) and a big squirt of yellow mustard (I figure about 1T), along with a few drops of stevia(or sweetener of choice), salt and pepper.
Continue to cook and stir over high heat until the liquid reduces and makes a glaze.
That's it. Very easy and tasty

I used to use mustard, cayenne and Atkins pancake syrup.
Was about the only use I found for that syrup

I add SF maple syrup to my BBQ sauce and to my "honey" mustard ham glaze and to other meat glazes. I also add a squirt to my (non-LC) smashed butternut squash.
ETA: thanks for the idea, Dottie. I do a bunch of different stir fry meals with chicken, so I'll add this to the rotation.
