DD WEDNESDAY - Plans, menu etc.

Ah, Wednesday, half way through the conventional working week. And the set-up for a good weigh-in on Thursday before the depredations of the weekend. (Thursday and Saturdays are usually the least stressful weigh-ins. )

B: Coffee with MCT oil and lecithin. 158kcals

L: HB eggs with cucumber relish. 200kcals

D: Cocoa with almond milk, MCT and lecithin. 260kcals

Running total of 518kcals which is within WLM maintenance.

Slow - indeed, almost 1/2 way done with the week!

L - cottage cheese/ strawberries 190c
D - going to try to just save the Calories for Orange Leaf Ice cream. It's $4 all you can put in a cup!!!!!!!!!! Can't beat that and we Orange Leaf in our family. If I can't save it, I'll just watch the kids eat it....but that's not near as fun!

hungry today. Usually fast til 2, but my 25 calorie breakfast took care of the problem:

B: pb-miracle-rice: 1 Tbs PB2, 1 pkg MR --2 Tbs WF cinnamon raisin PB: 25 cals

Snack at 2pm: Tofu chocolate pudding: 150 cals

D: 1 can TJ's split pea soup (200) and Big A$$ Salad (100)

475 for the day

You guys are soooooo good! I'm hoping to build up my SIRT and get into the swing of things again

B: coke zero -- I'm in the office b/c my laptop needs some IT help. Tomorrow they rip up my kitchen and living room floors after the dishwasher flood last weekend... I'll have to be home for that.

So, um... stress for breakfast

L: not sure, probably skip

D: chicken and salad, maybe some carrots and ff yogurt dip
maybe 60cal worth of pudding, unless it's fuzzy. DH is NOT good at cleaning out the fridge when I travel!

Just as well I didn't have time to have lunch but substituted with a mug of soup (approx 25kcals) because DH can get home in time for cinema night (he's been finishing late recently so I didn't think we'd do this). So, no eggs - but we can have dehydrated kale and a glucomannan shake as our cinema snacks as long as I get home in time to make this before we leave for doors open

The timings for Man of Steel don't work out so we're going to see Behind the Candelabra. I have a gnawing feeling that Liberace wouldn't really approve of our snacks...

I've had to eat earlier than I'd like because I'm going to a meeting. Worse, I left it too late to make a big, sustaining salad. Let's hope my hasty 5.30pm "dinner" lasts!

Dinner: 2 sesame Ryvitas with rocket, tomato and cheddar - about 210 cals
3 cuppas - 45 cals

Total = 255

That leaves room for some more of the essential nectar (tea!) and a bedtime snack.

Right, I'm off Have a successful and enjoyable DD everyone!

Lisa, this works for quite a few people. Depends on what "little higher" means, but I know CaliChris and Monica (Zipp2Play, above) do higher DD %'s than some other folks, and it works great for them.

I was stalled for a bit and when I was completely chaotic with several UDs in a row I ended up finally losing. My DD's have been between 500 and 600 instead of my 450. It's not all of the time, but there are times that I feel as though my blood sugar is literally on the floor.

Had been planning on HWC only, but around 3pm the need for a diet hot cocoa struck. Had it with some HWC and it was delicious.

I'm about to attend a going away work party where there will be cake! I plan on making a quick getaway so I'm not too tempted. These parties never seem to happen on my UD's

10:30am- Same= 30
Bedtime snack- TBD, but as little as possible, because I feel bloated and pudgy.
