2 bpc and 1 slice of cinnamon flax bread with a pat of butter
avocado salad
grilled pork burger on 1 oopsie with red onion and mayo and 1 romain leaf

Aleina, you don't have your location posted but I suspect that your winter day is a fair bit nicer than a winter day is here ... sun or no sun!! I can barely tolerate winter here.

not sure about lunch
supper going out to hear some music. Specials are oysters on the half shell, broiled flounder, broiled grouper, or a ribeye. I'll do salad and hope to get lucky on the green veg choice, but I don't hold out much hope because it's usually corn or onion rings or something. And then they try to offer me applesauce when I ask for something un-carby lol

Dinner: inside out scotch eggs with more cheddar and sour cream. I'm so excited!

so far:

Bulletproof coffee, 1 sausage patty, 1 fried egg
mcdouble sans bun, (and a couple of fries)
4 tomato slice tuna melts
Got 3 whole chickens for $3.50 each on clearance at Target, gonna chop 1 up and grill with a teriyaki ginger marinade. Also have a ton of bell peppers to use, maybe a bell pepper salad?
