Sugar Substitutes

It dawned on me today, that I've been consuming around 12 carbs just from sugar substitutes alone (primarily sweet and low). Are there any out there that have 0 carbs?

Ez-Sweetz, liquid sweetener has 0 carbs.
It is very concentrated and taste just like sugar!

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change

Most high quality brands of stevia have no carbs that I'm aware of - but you need to get a good brand that has as little fillers and additives as possible. The brands you find in the grocery store are usually of poor quality, so you'll need to check out a health food store. I like the Sweetleaf brand

no carb/no calorie syrups are also an option. I just discovered them myself. Walmart carries Torani and a few others like Ez-Sweetz. If you are like me, with a sweet tooth that refuses to be denied, it will take some time to find the one that "tastes just right." I tried to use Splenda for months and just couldn't take it anymore.

On the rare occasions when I use a sweetener, I often use either monkfruit liquid (with no added bad stuff--Walmart carries it in little bottles and a little goes a long way), PURE stevia with no fillers (available online and it lasts forever because you can only use teeny amounts), or saccharine (sorry the spelling is wrong...).

Whatever I use, it's a teeny amount because I'm such a sweet addict and even artificial sweeteners will trigger cravings in me.

As always, YMMV as to what you find tastes the best and doesn't impact your body.
